Priority of areas : Villages, Container car parks, Construction sites
Eligible breed of dog/cat : Mongrels, domestic cat
Application procedure : ( All the applications are subject to the approval of HKCR, if the application is approved, the abc users will be informed to take their animals to the designated vet clinic as arranged by HKCR. Pls do not bring any animals to the vet clinics without our arrangement.)

Thank you for using our ABC (animal birth control) Service
If a problem occurs that results from a procedure carried out in the spay and neuter vehicle, i.e. wound break down, post surgery wound infection, severe bleeding from the wound etc. HKCR will provide free consultation to the client, however the client may be requested to cover the cost of treatment.
If a problem results due to an underlying condition not identified on pre-operation examination e.g. tick fever, abnormal uterus, pyometra etc. The client may have to pay for the full cost of treatment.

In order to encourage people to use ABC (animal birth control )
- we offer preferential desexing rate to the pet owner : all animals regardless of their sex, breed, type : cat $300, dog $500-800

- info for animal transportation fee : $200 per cat / dog , round trip including animal cages (door to door service : from yr address to our clinic)
- if u want to help the stray cats n dogs but u don't know how to trap them for desexing, we can help find this kind of expertise for u, the regular service fee is $50/cat n $200/dog

We can sponsor those especially the owners of the dog kennel n cattery who can also book the spca's animals' mobile desexing van for their mongrels n domestic cats.
